Current customer rating:
1950 Oldsmobile 88 Futuramic Deluxe Sedan

This is an older restoration.
It is complete. drivable. and presentable.
This car has been in the family for more than 15 years.
I acquired the car in the Fall of 2010.
The drivetrain was rebuilt by the previous owner and the car has been driven very little since.
There is a small leak somewhere in the drivetrain that I have not located.
It has not leaked enough fluid for anything to be low since 2010.
The car starts. runs. drives. shifts. and brakes well .
The tires have great tread and ride well but are weathered.
The battery will lose its charge if left connected when stored.
On the exterior. the red color is not original to the car.
They actually did not paint them red in 1950 even though the brochure car is red.
It appears as though it was originally green.
There are several imperfections in the paint/body.
The car sat outside in VA for 5 years and it shows.
There is no visible rust/rot.
No Dents.
All chrome is present and presentable but not perfect.
The interior is complete with the upholstery refinished in red and gray cloth.
It looks to be a quality job but not original.
I'd assess this car to be close to NADA “average” condition.
To your benefit I'll take much closer to “low” condition.
The price is $9. 50.
The car is located in Newburg. PA 17240.
