The vehicle was purchased by myself in 2009 in Apple Valley. California where it was last registered on the road in 1951 and then parked.   Imported by myself in 2013.   It has an English registration and the V5 is in my name.   This is a matching number vehicle which runs and drives.   I have jacked the rear axle up and run the engine and gone through the gears and there were no unusual noises from either the transmission or rear axle.   Obviously would need restoring - have at extra cost to winning buyer complete body wood kit. re-production front fenders. running boards and splash shields plus many other parts required to restore this vehicle - even the very rare hub caps for the wire wheels.   The vehicle has a rear spare wheel carrier which is often missing. as I say the engine runs and it can be driven.   Although the cab is rusty there are no holes just surface rust. The gas tank holds petrol.   If this had new tyres and the brakes adjusted it could be used on the road as is.   Does come with head light bowls and light bar.   Radiator holds water.   For an early commercial truck to have its original engine is extremely rare.   Can be viewed at any time
