THE CAR IS 1954 MORRIS MINOR - SERIES 11 (803 CC. ). IT HAS A SPLIT WINDSCREEN. SMALL REAR WINDOW. 4 DOORS & IS BLACK WITH RED PIN STRIPE. . THIS CAR WAS BOUGHT BY MY ELDERLY AUNT IN 1955 AND I HAVE ALWAYS DRIVEN IT. MY AUNT DIED IN 1958 WHEN IT WAS LAST FULLY REGISTERED AND THEN PLACED IN STORAGE UNTIL I BOUGHT IT. IT REMAINED IN STORAGE UNTIL I CONCESSIONALLY REGISTERED IT WITH NEWCASTLE DISTRICT & CLASSIC CAR CLUB. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THE CLUB OVER THIRTY YEARS. ON A FEW OCCASIONS IT WAS TAKEN FOR SHORT RUNS AND THE YEARLY TRIP TO BE INSPECTED FOR REGISTRATION. I HAVE BEEN A MOTOR MECHANIC SINCE 1950 AND HAVE MAINTAINED THE CAR METICULOUSLY. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE FOR THE CAR TO BE SCRUTINISED AT A LOCATION IN THE MAITLAND AREA EITHER BY A PROSPECTIVE BUYER OR A NOMINATED INSPECTOR. THE ONLY DOCUMENTATION I HAVE IS THE SERVICING RECORD FOR THE 500 MILES SERVICE ON THE 18 th JUNE. 1957. THE CAR IS CLUB REGISTERED AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.
