restored chassis engine and gearbox

inc brakes steering and shackles

most of the aluminum body panels are present apart from one door.

There is a chrome windscreen surround and glass.
hood side screens and frame.

dash and instruments

Five good tyres and resprayed wheels

restored rear wings

good front wings
original aluminum running boards

no V 5. but

reg number is still registered a DVLA.

Lots of work but £25 k car when finished.

Am I correct in thinking this is a partly restored 16 chassis with various parts from one or more 1947 Rover 12 Tourers? Any dated receipts for work done on the engine and gearbox? Minimum acceptable price please? Thanks for your help.

is that number shown the original one or the one from the donor chassis, i ask because i am collecting info on surviving Tourer's i have had one for over 40 years
