Here we have a 1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V Executive Limousine. hand built by Hess and Eisenhart of Cincinnati. Ohio. The same company that built the infamous X-100 Lincoln that was transporting then president Kennedy on the day of his assassination. This is 1 of only 34 built and 1 of only 9 left in the world!! Because these cars were hand built. production was limited and costs were high. This particular Limo cost $10. 30. 00 when new. that's $4. 00 more than the highest priced Lincoln available that year. They were possessions of the truly elite including the King of Rock Elvis Presley. President JFK and Frank Sinatra. Elvis's car recently sold for $556. 00. All the limousines were highly optioned with power windows. power locks. electric headlight dimmer. power driver's seat. dual air conditioning and remote trunk release. Offered only with Black exteriors with a padded vinyl roof. They had leather interior in the driver's compartment and cloth in the passenger area. The mechanicals of this Lincoln have been gone through. The power brake booster and master cylinder are brand new. the fuel pump and filter are also recent. The complete exhaust is new including new manifold gaskets and mufflers. The starter and carburetor were just rebuilt and the vinyl top is newer. The wide white wall tires are newer and have lots of tread left. The body was resprayed in the original Black color a few years ago. The body is straight and the paint is shiny. All of glass is in good shape less some minor delamination. The engine compartment is clean and neat. The trunk is solid and retains the original spare tire and factory jack. The previous owner of 17 years was an avid car collector with many quality vehicles to his credit. This is a very rare and significant vehicle. With only 9 known to still exist. chances are that you will not see another one for many years to come. Please feel free to call Jon with any questions at 810-252-7308 anytime. I can answer all questions and also give a walk around description in real time. I have over 200 pictures available via email. Please send your email address through ebay messages and I will send them to you right away. In full disclosure. this is not a perfect car. The power windows need some work. the A/C is not hooked up. the body has a few small touchups and a couple small bubbles. Upon closer inspection. the bumpers and trim show age. All vehicles over 10 years old should be considered one of a kind and very subjective pieces of classic art. We welcome all questions. offers and inspections. Inspection companies are also welcome. The description is our opinion only. we can not guarantee the mileage of vehicles over 10 years old. We do not recommend driving a classic car home. out on the open road. miles from home. is not the place to get familiar with your new classic. We always recommend enclosed shipping. Let us know if you would like a shipping quote through our usual shipper. Every vehicle has it's own strengths and weaknesses. With that in mind all our vehicles are sold AS IS/WHERE IS with no warranty expressed or implied. Please request the additional pictures as they will show more details of the vehicle. International Buyers: We are well versed in the export process and required paperwork. Let us know if you would like a shipping quote to the port. Are you new to ebay? Give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the process. Happy Motoring and Good Luck!! Jon 810-252-7308
