Up for auction is a rare. hard to find. 1979 International Scout II TT. which stands for Travel Top - Top comes off. so no A/C.
One owner truck. bought new by father in 1979.
Been in the family ever since.
I have the original window sticker and paperwork that came with the truck.
I have an entire folder of paperwork to support all improvement.
Truck was total restored about 10 years ago and has been kept in great condition.
Original 304 engine has 35 K miles on it.
Here is a list of the items restored. replaced or repaired:
Engine tuned up with new spark plugs. wires. etc.
New Radiator
New hubs. springs. shocks. etc.
New interior. including carpet. seats. etc.
Every exterior bolt and nut removed and replaced.
New paint and stripes - original colors
New fenders. floor pans and braces.
New stainless steel exhaust
New tires & new spare.
All new hoses and wires.
As you can tell. this truck was totally restored to it's original glory.
This truck is truly a showpiece!!
Truck runs great and transmission is smooth & strong.
Entire vehicle is ready to go.
All in all. this truck has about $25 k in restoration!!
