Hi welcome to my auction for this lovely 1971 karmann ghia which i am selling on behalf of a friend. This car was imported from california over twelve months ago and all the correct import papers are present but it is not currently UK registered. The car was originally an auto but has been converted to manual stick shift with a gearbox from a1303.  The engine is an 1500 single port that does run like a dreamIt has a completely new TMI ivory and charcoal interior with new dark grey carpet set. The chrome work on this car is in very good useable condition but could benefit with a new set of side trim.  The car has been painted in its lifetime and is in fair condition and it does polish up well. I have had a good look around this car and it appears to be rust free. The only thing i can find on it is that it has had a repair to floor on the drivers side for some reason. The car is located in CV22 which is just of J18 of the M1 or J1 of the M6. I would seriously recommend coming to view this car as it is a very good example of a ghia. Payment for this car is to paid upon collection. As said earlier in the listing i am selling this car on behalf of a friend and i will do my best to answer any questions you may have regarding the ghia.  I do not sit at my computer all day but i do check it in the evenings so please be patient if i don't respond immediately.  The auction is going to run to the end and there is no reserve on it so be prepared to buy it if you bid. good luck and happy bidding.
