Stunning Austin Seven Ulster . recorded as sports 2 seater on V 5
Log book states that car was manufactured in 1932. The history file confirms the car to be a 1932 box saloon. Rod Yates body number 96. rebuilt in 2009/ 2010 (according to previous owner. many thanks for information ). Splendid paint in rich dark (British racing) Green with black cycle wings. louvered bonnet. Aero screens and leather bonnet and spare wheel cover straps. I consider the paint to be excellent. with a fully detailed engine bay.
The car has a brand new. full. custom made duck tonneau cover and has also just had a new leather bench seat fitted correct with 13 pleats.
Engine has been rebuilt at considerable expense. receipt in file. phoenix crank. aluminium deep sump. Honda pistons. SU carb.
(2011 Vince Leek at a cost of £2683. 26) and has also had a recent gear box change
Up rated twin front damper system.
The car has an extensive history file and also has VSCC buff forms both for the previous owner and myself.
If Carlsberg built Austin seven ulsters they would build one like this. I consider that this may be one of the best in the country and probably one of the best available.
