Hi there, I am quite interested in purchasing your Volvo. I would love to give you a phone call to discuss further. My father once owned a 1980 242 Gt which he bought new. He drove the car for almost 25 years until it was taken off the road due to rust. I am looking to purchase another 242 GT for him as a project car for him to tinker with and restore as he moves into retirement. 2 quick questions: How severe is the rust on the car?Where is the car currently located and is it currently drivable? You can contact me by email at kurtishodge@gmail.com or reach me by phone at 204 898 1151 (Cell) or 204 832 1151.Looking forwards to hearing from you. The door jambs and all others frames where painted to match though. The paint job was converted several years ago due to fading.
