Vehicle Description

1964 Volkswagen Kellison "Super T" Dune Buggy presented in Dark Blue with Black Interior. Of the 500 made by Jim Kellison between 1963 and 1970 less than 50 are known to exist. this is one of the best examples around and has trophied nine times over the last year alone. The 1600 cc single port/dual carb with dual exhaust drives very strong and is mated to a smooth four speed transmission w reverse. Clutch feels great and it is noticeable that this Super T has been gone through from front to back by the last owner. Centerline wheels and tires have were installed this year and have very few miles. Original Kellison "Super T" brochure comes with as well as the 9 trophies. Top is in great condition and has a new rear window. Side curtains/windows come with but have hardened and yellowed some. This top can go up in under two minutes and while this looks small the last owner was 6 ft 3 in! This car is an absolute blast to drive! Don't miss one of the best examples of true 60 s car culture!
