This car was purchased in 2010 from a collector who found this gem in a relatives garage having just 51. 55 miles on the odometer.  The car was sold to me as being completely restored for $7500 in 2010.  After purchase we found the following items that needed work:
- The brake lines are starting to corrode. the gaskets are cracked. and the brakes themselves need to be rebuilt. - The battery is not recharging. so the generator/voltage rectifier will need to replaced (replacement parts included - I just have not had the time to complete this work).
The rest of this car is in immaculate shape.  There are a few tiny tears in the interior (see images of back of driver seat) as well as a 1/2" crack in the rear tail light.  Upon finding the battery was not charging. it was hooked up to a battery tender.  It is still in good and working order.  She lives in a temperature-moderated garage and has ZERO rust on the body.  Also. there was a panasonic CD player/radio player installed by the previous owner - the manual is included for that item.

**Please contact seller for further images (I have over 50 on-file).

Due to a lack of time. I haven't been able to put the work into the brakes.  That means this car has been sitting for a year and a half.  I don't foresee myself finding the time needed to take care of this collector. which is the only reason I'm selling her.  This is a once in a lifetime find and she deserves to go to an owner who will appreciate her.
Included in this deal will be the service manual. the owners manual. 1972 WA State Plates (if you're located in WA state). a working generator/voltage rectifier (not installed). shoulder strap seatbelt parts (not installed). a soft car cover. and a handful of other small parts (we've been building an inventory of spare parts - none of these are needed in the car right now).

We purchased this car for $7500 in 2010 but are selling her for the listed lower price due to the work needed.  Payment will be through a paypal deposit (to confirm interest) and the remainder of the payment will be set-up through escrow dot com (the ebay approved escrow service). Shipping will need to be arranged/paid for by the buyer.  If those interested are located in the Seattle area. please contact me to arrange a viewing. if interested.

Due to a lack of time. I haven't been able to put the work into the brakes.  On 1/5/2014 we were able to start the car.  She ran smoothly. stayed running. and will now be able to drive up a ramp for the buyer!  This is a once in a lifetime find and she deserves to go to an owner who will appreciate her.

UPDATE 1/5/2014:  We spent a few hours with the car tonight and were able to get her started.  She ran smoothly. stayed running. and will now be able to drive up a ramp (she cannot be driven off due to brake issue) for whoever buys her!
