I have added the following details......The original color was black. I bought her in NJ about 4 years ago. The car showed approx 75K and was in ok shape. I drove her home that night 90 minutes? with no issues. Unlike me I then *after the fact* did a car fax and found through it's history that the mileage had been turned back at some point from about 136K to 59K so when I bought her showing 75K I would have to assume 151K actual on the chassis. In the time I have had her I have had everything sorted. I'm not a mechanic so all work was done by professional shops. First I had a rotary guru in Delaware (after looking at the chassis and confirming it was in very shape,)rebuild the engine with a mild port. He checked/serviced/replaced as needed brakes, bushings, shocks, exhaust, etc. I also had the factory GSL-SE rims restored as I like the original look on these very much. I bought wider tires that IMO look great on the car. I had the interior professionally redone also. Then we had her repainted, this was about 2 years ago, wife and I picked out a metallic Subaru color leaf green I think it was and that was done by a professional as well that we know that also has hi own shop for side work. We moved down to Florida about a year ago and had this and my 240Z transported down a few months later (enclosed carrier). Since being here we just recently got her back from a rotary shop in Tampa that sorted some minor things like hood latch release, power window closure and loose steering. Understand we drove her very little, some weekend local drives and good weather car shows. The paint has a few minor spots hard to find that could use touch up but really looks stunning. She is at this point as good as I can make her and EXTREMELY FUN. I can't think of her having any problems on a 600 mile run. We honestly don't want to let her go now that she's so good. We have down sized here in Florida and I just bought another car, 1990 300ZXZ. We now have 5 cars. We are busting at the seams but can hold them. The car has always been garaged in my ownership.
