Vehicle Details

I am the second owner and purchased this RX-7 in 2007 when it had 14,000 original miles. It had not been driven since 1984. I have the original tires, but have a new set on. It drives very smoothly, but since 2012 I have kept it covered and garaged and just maintained it by turning the engine over without starting. I have also sprayed fogging oil through the carburetor and stabil in the gas tank. This unit has the dealer installed rear seat which is useless, but unique.

I am 70 and it is time to sell this beautiful machine. Images

I am the second owner. I purchased it when it had 14,000 miles, 2008. I have used it lightly. It has always been garaged and covered. I turn the engine over without starting several times a year to keep the engine lubed. I keep stabil in the gas tank, but will drain before starting. I also spray fogging oil in the carb in the fall. It is show room condition except for one nick in the gas door and one drop of sap on the hood. I still have the original tires. The only items not original are oil and fuel.

pictures of the undercarriage were requested so I drained the fuel, filled it with ethanol free premium, lost the gas cap, started it and then backed it up on ramps for pictures. It is running fine. Revs seem slow to build, but I think it was always this way. I had a 79, GS and while it was great down the highway at 90 mph the power up was slow. On the negative side I see some lube build up around the rear end. I will check the level and fill as needed. The other fluids are all full. John
