You are bidding on (2) 1955 Mercury Montclairs. One is a donor body, also in red, Montclair hardtop and the other is the Sun Valley. It will take two to make one.The Sun Valley had been set up on a rotisserie for restoration but the body was just to far gone so a much cleaner donor car was purchased last year. Both cars are basically complete but the donor car has an older MOPAR rear end installed just to make it a roller. Both cars roll freely.Engines and transmissions are removed but I will set them back in if needed for transportation. The glasstop for the Sun Valley is included but has the usual grazing in the corners. No cracks.Both cars are red and white. As I recall about 1787 Sun Valleys were built. Restored correctly they bring more than the convertibles.The VIN tag on the Sun Valley is a factory OOPS! data plate.Please don't
