1946 PACKARD CUSTOM SUPER CLIPPER LIMOUSINE
BODY BY HENNEY. This Long wheel base Packard is recognized as a C. C. C. A. classic.
A rare divider window Limousine. An original. I've owned and maintained for the last 20 +years. it has had a recent repaint. Body was taken to bare metal. No Rust. The Chrome and Stainless are in good shape. the bumper chrome is usable. rechrome for show. Needs the Headliner and Rear seat re-upholstered. The occasional seats. front and rear carpets. and door panels are original. still in good shape. The front Chauffer seat was redone in correct black Connley leather. The 356 cubic inch. Custom Super straight 8 engine with 9 main bearings. Cadillac had only 3. and was one of the most powerful of the 40 s. No smoke. 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive. upgraded to a r-11 from the stock r-9 overdrive. No problem cruzing at high freeway speeds. Ask any Questions Before bidding. . No Text Please! Packard was the oldest American car manufacturer at the time. And arguably one of the finest Luxury Marks.
