1966 Daimler V8 250
This Daimler is best described as a survivor car! It has 95% of its original paint. All its original trim and interior. Mechanically very good.
From looking though the extensive paperwork with the car it had a major re commission starting in 2004 after years of garage storage. This included a full engine rebuild and brake overhaul. There is a CD of pictures with the paperwork which documents the work carried out.
The car has recently has a very light recommission. It was last used and taxed in 2010. It now has 12 months MOT(1 advisory of slight leak from steering box). Currently not taxed but its free so thats not an issue.
Within the paper work are the original hand books and service book.
The car is very solid underneath rot and rust free. Suspension and brakes are all good. Engine and gearbox are quiet. There is slight engine smoke on over run. Bodywork wise the crome is all in good order and complete. The original paint is in good condition. The bads parts of the bodywork are the bottoms of both front wings and the front of the drivers wing. There is a dent/scratch down the passenger rear door that goes into the wheel spat. A good secondhand part is supplied but needs painting. The interior is very original. The door cappings have be removed but are all in the car.

hi is the daimler still for sale if so can we do a deal i have a rover p4 model 95 year 1964 0n the road and running just had some smal welding done to offside seal new servo in all a good overhall cash either way by the way im in the rover owners club i norfolk and they have a rover specialist as hehas done all the work on my rover ok
