1987 Mercedes 560 SL. VIN ID # WDBBA 48 D 2 HA 063299. Production Date: 01/87. Originally purchased at Hollywood-Mercedes Benz in Southern California and was there its entire life until l purchased it 2 years ago. Mileage: 45,000 (original). Exterior: Signal Red (DB-568) with matching Hard Top. Interior: Palomino Leather. Soft Top: Brown / original Mercedes Polyglass factory issue. Immaculate condition inside and out. Beautiful paint quality with hi gloss shine and deep luster. Interior shows impeccable original leather. Vehicle has been garaged and stored inside and truly shows in every way. All factory VIN Tags in place on all body panels and bumpers. Original dash pad is perfect. Original Palomino leather upholstery is in superb condition with excellent patina, soft leather to touch and supple support. Both door cards look new. Carpet is in very nice condition. Burl wood shows deep dark color. Interior hard top headliner in matching color has virtually no wear. All gauges, switches and controls work (except ambient temp gauge). The original issue factory soft top is like new and has remained unused for many years folded properly down in the compartment. A major service at the cost of more than $6,000.00 was completed right before I purchased it. Drive quality is superior on this 45,000 mile 560 SL. The motor pulls hard with plenty of torque – Steering is tight and tracks straight – Suspension feels just like it should supple and firm. The undercarriage, engine bay and trunk are all extremely clean. Newly refurbished perfect factory non-chrome 15 inch alloy wheels. Brand new correctly sized Firestone tires. All original factory hand books, manuals, MB service booklet, factory data card with all delivered options, original hang tags, convertible tools, 2 keys including red dot master, original tool kit still in factory plastic wrap and original spare goes with the vehicle.
