Public Viewing & Collection:
Ramco e Bay shop is not open to the public for browsing and is our end user outlet. not trade.
Bulk lots are available through our tender sales. details are on our web site.
If you wish to view / collect a specific item. please let us know and we can arrange a time for you.
Viewing and collection can be made available between 11:00 & 16:00. Monday ~ Friday.

Shipping costs:
Prices quoted for shipping by courier are based on delivery to England & Wales only.
Highlands. Ireland. and Islands may cost more so please enquire prior to bidding.
Yes. we know Northern Ireland is classed as part of the U. K. but it still costs more to send large items there.
There is no extra cost for smaller items sent by Royal Mail.

We will recycle packaging where we can to keep your costs and ours down.

We will combine P&P where we can.
If you are buying multiple items. please do the 'buy it now' part but do not proceed to payment. We will invoice you with the required P&P.
If you feel you have paid too much P&P. please consider the amount of packaging involved.
If you still think you have paid too much P&P send us a message and we will look into it for you.

All items will be sent recorded delivery.

Testing:
Due to the vast array of items we receive through our various contracts. we cannot possibly be experts on all of them but we do try to test all the items we list to the best of our ability. We will describe any defects that we come across. although it would be impossible for us to test all items fully to the manufacturers specification and therefore some may have minor defects that we may have missed.

If we have missed any major faults. we are happy to accept the return of item within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds shall be processed when we receive the item back.

Items shipped overseas are sold on a no return basis as we cannot guarantee how they will be handled by postal services once they have left our shores.

Unless stated otherwise. all items are used and may have minor scratches. storage dust. residue from storage labels.

We do not accept returns unless the item is not fit for the purpose it is described.

e Bay sometimes makes it mandatory to use their catalogue when listing an item. Please remember. you are buying the item we describe. not e Bay and any errors in their catalogue is not down to us.

Payment:
Unless other arrangements have been made. payment is to be made within 7 days of committing to buy or winning an auction.
Items are to be collected within 14 days of committing to buy or winning an auction.
If not using Pay Pal the buyer is to pay any charges arising from bank charges. card payments. etc.

VAT invoices are available if required.
