This is a 1970 Porsche 917 - Replica (Laser 917) #361, Very RARE, professionally built by the Manufacturer "Elite Enterprises".  This Car has been stored in an Airplane Hanger most of its life.  It only has 2,142miles on it since the build 50yrs ago! It was built on a VW Pan with IRS suspension and VW Engine.
