1968 International Harvester 1100 CRARE AUTOMATIC POWER BRAKESPOWER STEERING
1968 INTERNATIONALHARVESTER 1100 C --- Original Patina
Wow!!!RARE!! This truck turns heads everywhere it goes......be prepared to chatwith lots of people
Over $8500 spent inlast year:
-complete wiring kit
-new alternator
-new carb
-plugs, belts, hoses
-new front/rear brakeshoes
-front wheel cylindersrebuilt
-new rear wheelcylinders
-new master cylinder
-4 new Coker Wide White Wall Tires
-new radio (needs wiredup)
Mechanically verystrong: starts on first fire, idles great, shifts properly and brakes good andstraight. Painted steel tube gas tank installed in bed. Newerstarter. Speedo works, other gauges inop along with heater and wipers.Muffler rusted out, but sounds great. more then expected from a 50+ years old truck.
Cosmetically AWESOME. What more can I say....all original patina, solid frame andbody, riveted 'patch' pads thru out. All lights work including front sidemarkers and PRNDL on column. windows roll. Doeshave crack in windshield on driver's side. Front windshield also 'fogged'around edges, but adds great to the patina look. Passenger vent windowdoesn't open. drivers vent missing. Only 2 rust-thru spots are lower rear quarter on each sideof tailgate and both front sides of bed by cab.
Only reason I'm selling need room
