for sale a 1949 willys cj3a military jeep . one of 600 jeeps sold to the swiss military in 1949. this jeep came from a swiss air field where it was used to tow and start vampire jet fighters. at that time in the passenger seat was fitted a generator. used as a starter for the jet engine. now removed and this jeep now standard two front seats plus rear seat. and no i do not have the generator. this jeep in good order it has just had a new mot . it does not need one but i have had it done to prove all is good . it had no advisories. it has recently had a new water pump engine mountings fuel pump battery temperature gauge. plus a brake overhaul.  its still on 6 volt. tyres are good . all is working . it does not leak oil. it has very good oil pressure. the cover in the back of the jeep is used to cover the jeep only. not part of the sale.  it has a canvas roof no sides etc . this jeep for sale uk only would prefer cash. i would like anyone interested to come and have a look before bidding. otherwise i would want a deposit of £200 via paypal at the end of the auction non returnable. if you bid you bid to buy not haggle . i am selling this jeep to fund a 1940/50s american v8 car. or possibly a v8 pilot. might trade for something very interesting.  in on the road condition. any more info send me an email. this is a uk only sale. will not ship outside the uk.
