for sale by way ov a no reserve auction is this lovely old series 1 daimler 4. 2 sovereign in very rare willow green she is showing 82000 on the clock with loads ov old mots to back this up
is currently moted till april 2014 and tax till about then
tax free 1972 model
we took this in a part exhange deal so literally have cleaned her off had a test drive and stuck her on here so no warrentys given with this old girl she might be great and last forever or cost u a fortune next test who nos sold as seen
i have the log book 7 former keepers and 2 sets ov keys
now for the good and bad bits it looks like she has under gone a full retoration a few years ago paint looks realy good but there are a few places where the rust is starting to come through now i have put some photos on to show this
the interior is green leather in good condition no rips that i can see could do with a cleaning treatment to soften the seats up a bit the leathers gone a bit hard in places
the cromes good but not mint
usable i would say the dash board is very good condition and every thing that iv played with seems to work as well
it looks like some one has given her a good service too new piont leads cap plugs etc
she dose start first turn in the morning splutters a little bit till warm and then shes spot on iv just run her round town this morning and she was good as gold
some more little bits that will need some attention the roof lining dose sag a little bit and some ov the door cards will need minor attention some ov the leather peeling away looks like they want takein off and glueing in place again dosent look a dig job and dosent make the car look poor either just trying to list as many bits and pieces i have noticed on her that arent quite right
all in all she is a lovley old girl taxed and tested ready to drive away
with a few hundred quid spent on her she would be realy nice . for me i would just run her as she is but people who by these normal want them mint
