Porsche 964 turbo 9111991 - Right hand drive, Appreciating classic INVESTMENT

I have my fantastic 964 Turbo Classic 3.3 Litre in Guards red for sale due to unforeseen circumstances. It must be sold.This car is an investment opportunity and one to put in the garage for 5 years and come out 100% on top.IF YOU ARE A PORSCHE DEALER OR A HIGH END CAR DEALER - I have had a couple of dealers round wishing to buy this car this week. Jenson button sold his for £320k a few weeks back and the last one (that wasn't owned by a celebrity) sold on collecting cars which had 10k more miles than mine at £91,500. Exactly the same specification.This has two sets of alloys RUF and standard 5 spoke (both are fully refurbished). The paintwork on this car is very good BUT its 30 years old so it has wear and tear. Turbo is pretty much brand new as fully reconditioned. the car simply has amazing performance but it does have sports exhaust so you need to LOVE the sound of a roaring flat six TURBO. There is plenty of service history up until 80K miles and none after that as the last owner had the car for 10 years and NEVER drove the car (he was actually a blind chap who bought this as an investment) , but a ton of receipts. All old MOT'S. 2 keyed and fobs - ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK including service records etc.This car has no rust whatsoever apart from a tiny piece if pant bubbling on the front drivers sign which is a bubble at the moment only under the paintwork and the rear wing has a thumbnail of missing paint. if I were to keep the car I would have engine out and fully refurb and make it £150k with a 10k spend to do that. I have already paid thousands for braided hoses, standard hoses and pipes and the turbo and the engine is faultless. The car runs and drives fantastically and doesn't miss a beat. Brand new N Rated expensive rubber all round.The car warrants serious offers from serious buyers.If you want an appreciating classic to literally drive off in now and it to appreciate in your garage for 100% growth on your capital within 5 years and return you £200k then ring me.
