First and foremost this is NOT a real Trans Am, it is a Firebird Esprit with an identity crisis. The previous owner, who was the 2nd owner and had owned this car since the 80's, had put the Trans Am front end on it back in the day. The car originally was gold in color with tan interior. He was a painter and had painted it blue, and then years later gave it the white with blue stripes and along the way dyed the dash and panels black and changed the rest of the interior to black.

Now that those details are clear, I purchased this car just over 6 years ago with the original 350/350 engine/trans combo in it, to do an LS swap. I built this car for my daily driver. This car runs and drives excellent and stops on a dime. I commute this car every day to work, a 97 mile round trip. I have been commuting it for over 5.5 years now. I've put about 110,000 miles on it in those years. This car has been bullet proof and super dependable. I drive this car everywhere, no BS. With this being my daily driver it is not a show car, it has chips and nicks, but it is not beat up. But the car still looks good and draws attention everywhere it goes.

Now for the details on the car. Engine (5.7L) and transmission (4L60E) came out of a wrecked 2000 Trans Am with 144,000 miles on it. Internals of the engine are stock. I used Muscle Rods engine and trans mounts for the conversion, allowed me to still use the stock oil pan. I had the transmission rebuilt in Feb 2018. 10 bolt rear end rebuilt in June 2018, 323 gears, aftermarket posi-traction (believe an Auburn unit). Heddman mid-length headers, 2.5” custom exhaust, x-pipe, Flowmaster 50 series mufflers, all the way out to the back. Larger 21 gallon fuel tank, with Deatch Works in tank fuel pump (fuel pump replaced earlier this year). 18” BMW wheels (forged), Hankook Ventus K120 tires, 245/45ZR18 front,275/40ZR18 rears. Front tires replaced Feb 2021, rears replaced Sept 2021. Global West upper control arms, stock lowers and Viking coil overs up front. McGaughys2” drop spindles and 13” disk brakes. Complete front end rebuilt (all new parts) when building the car 6 years ago, tie rods, center link, idler arm, ball joints etc. Rear brakes are a modified McGaughys kit, 13” disks with the same calipers as the front. Global West reversed eyelet rear leaf springs. The  interior has the carbon fiber overlay on the dash bezel and shifter bezel. Custom Auto Meter oil, temp and volt gauges. Lloyds floor mats front and rear. Dash cover. Power trunk release. Everything works on this car, except the parking brake (it used to until I recently changed to a bigger rear brake caliper). The car only has one spot of rust on the outer body and it's been the same since I bought it. It's on the lower passenger rear quarter behind the wheel well. There are a couple small holes in the middle of trunk floor, again been the same since I bought the car.

I'm sure I've forgot lots of stuff. Feel free to ask any questions you have. If you want to come inspect the car or send someone to inspect it, I encourage it, that way you know the car is what it is and not being misrepresented.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 72 hours of close of auction. Prefer that be done through PayPal as it's quick and simple for both parties.  The balance of the price is due within 14 days of close of auction. The balance can be cash, wire transfer or cashiers check. Car will not be released until payment has cleared. So, if paying by any means other than cash be prepared to give your method of payment time to clear through the bank. The sooner you pay, the sooner you can pick up.

Shipping is buyers responsibility. I am flexible and I know that shippers can be difficult to get nailed down on time frames. It would be nice if the car is picked up in 30 days, if it's going to be longer than that, communication is key. The car can sit out in the shop waiting to be picked up.

Thanks for looking and good luck!
