CHEVROLET CORVETTE C5 - MISSING A DOOR SKIN - NEW DOOR SUPPLIED WITH CAR.

________________________________________________THE ULTIMATE MONEY MAKER FOR SOMEONE.                               ***  WALK ROUND VIDEO AVAILABLE ON REQUEST  *** Earlier vin but first registered here as a brand new car in 2001(X), this stunning Euro C5 was stationary when the end of another vehicle's bumper went down the passenger's side. But the damage is quite, quite strange, the car still drives perfectly and the passenger's window still goes up and down as it should. The paint is scuffed to both front and rear wings but neither have moved, the body gaps remain all good. In fact the door still opens and closes and everything works - but the door skin itself has popped clean off. All paintwork to the rest of the car, including the bonnet, both front & rear ends etc and the full driver's side, is 100% perfect. You can't even tell there is any damage from inside the car and it will happily drive you home any distance as if nothing has happened.THERE IS A REPLACEMENT DOOR & MIRROR SUPPLIED WITH THE CAR IN THE CORRECT COLOUR.So basically you're looking at changing the door and then painting the passenger side. The door that is supplied with the car is in exactly the same colour and complete with it's door loom etc. plus both handles, linkages etc. all still assembled in place. The good news is pre-accident, this C5 was a stunner, and I do mean a stunner!  All tyres are nearly new. There's a bulging history folder with the car supporting the mileage of 92K, complete with stacks of past invoices and service sheets. Currently the car is tested until June 2022 and most past test certificates are also in the folder. There's even a recent £2000 Borla system in place and to top that off, the car has the factory glass roof panel in perfect condition, not crazed or marked like you so often see them. The interior is lovely and the heater/AC panel lights up bright as it should. The engine bay is really spotless and everything in the cockpit works as it should. In all honesty the car really will take very little to get back in to a £13,500 to £14,000 C5 and I can't see there are any parts to buy, they're all supplied in the sale.If you are bidding un-seen our description is accurate.
