     Here is an absolutely drop dead gorgeous 1989 Jaguar XJS in great condition inside and out. This is a pre-facelift example of the XJS before it was replaced in 1996 by the XK8. It is favored by Jaguar collectors as one of the most beautiful vehicles Jaguar ever assembled. This is a totally solid California car that is a blast to drive. It is a very well kept. unmolested Jaguar that has been extremely well maintained over the years. It also has very low miles for its age at 22. 00. averaging just under 1. 00 miles per year driving! This car was bought new in Palm Springs. Ca and has remained there its whole life. It is a two owner car. and the most recent (bought it in 1998) was a doctor who was fanatical about dealer servicing his Jaguars (He had 3).       The body on the car is in very good condition and was extremely well maintained. The paint on the car is still its original coat of Tuxedo Black and is in awesome condition and looks as good as the day in rolled of the lot. The paint is beautiful and has never had any sheet metal work and is certified to have never been in an accident. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as an western car should be. All chrome trim. glass (all original). and rubber seals are in great shape.

      The car is riding on the on the original lightweight chromed aluminum wheels. All four are in good shape with no damage or curb rash. The car also has factory correct size General tires on it which only have about 3. 00 miles on them and are in awesome shape.

      The interior is in great shape all around. The dash and door panels are in very nice condition and all wood grain is very nice and gives the car a very luxurious feel. The supple black leather seats are all in very good condition and look as nice as new with no rips or ware lines. which shows the quality of materials used in this car. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. All dials and controls function as they should. power windows and antenna also are fully functional. The sound system is also very nice with the high dollar Jaguar sound system currently installed. All lights. gauges switches. and accessories work as they should.

      Mechanically. this XJS runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. It drives as good now as the day it rolled of the lot. The V12 engine is very quick and responsive. It is reliable. easy to fix. and parts are readily available. The suspension is very tight and feels solid even at highway speeds above 90mph. The car also just easily passed the tough Arizona Emissions tests with flying colors. The car was just recently serviced with a oil service. new brakes. new water pump. and all new belts and hoses. This thing is ready for the open road!

      The car will include 4 keys. all tools. spare tire. as well as all original manuals and receipts.

      All in all. this is one of the cleanest and nicest Jag's that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owner.
