These cars were built by Jaguar & are the same as the Jaguar 420 apart from the grille. In fact the engine block is marked "Jaguar".
The 4. 2 straight six engine sounds beautiful & pulls well.
She drives smoothly with power steering & no nasty rattles. aving new balljoints & bushes recently fitted.
The leather seats are original and in pretty good shape. The headlining has been replaced recently. s have the carpets.
There is a full stainless steel exhaust system fitted. She passed the MOT on 20 th October 2013 with no advisories.
She qualifies for free Historic road tax.
The bodywork is basically sound. lthough there is some rust bubbling on the door bottoms & rear wheelarches. s I have pictured.
Original toolkit & spare wheel are present.
On the whole this is a good useable classic at a reasonable price.
