Up for sale is a car that defined a convertible of the early 1960's; big. flashy and powerful this Buick Electra 225 convertible has it all. Loaded with options including power windows. steering. seat. and top this car also has cruise control.  This car is a nice driver that with a bit of work could be a beautiful show stopper.
Mechanically this car runs and drives very well. I have recently cleaned the gas tank. the gas looked as it should. clear. The carburetor has been cleaned and tuned and spark plugs all replaced.  This is a large car but does move on quickly. this is not grandmas Buick!
Tires are radials and in very good shape. hubcaps look very nice.
Body is nice and great for a driver and from 10 feet out looks great but on closer inspection you will find minor damage you would expect from a driver quality car. with some scratches and some dings. Above the wheel wells are two small 1/16" surface rust spots. I may repair these and if I do I will post this info. The body of this car is a great place to start if you want to do a restoration. however if you just want a nice car to drive and enjoy these small areas of body damage will not bother your experience. I have not noticed any large damage. dents. or dings that glare out at me.
The interior is like the rest of the car very presentable and driver quality. The seats have no rips. tears or damage. The driver side door panel has had repair work in black vinyl on the arm rest. and so has the rear driver side panel. I would suggest a carpet kit as the carpet is worn. its black so its not noticeable at first but is. up close. Dashboard looks great and everything seems to work. The power-seat works but is temperamental. the rest of the power accessories work ( top. windows) as they should.  
The Chrome and stainless is very nice.
-This car is  overall is a great car and perfect as a driver or take and present at local shows.  If your looking for a car that would be an easy restoration to flip for a quick profit this is the perfect car for you!

In the event that a check is not honored by the drawers bank or other financial institution. either because of insufficient funds or stop payment. the maker of that check shall be responsible to seller for all costs of collection including attorney fees. If an item is not fully paid for with in 72 hours. or at a later time as specifically agreed. the seller shall have the right to resell the item. and if such subsequent sale amount. less costs of resale. is less than the amount due to seller. the seller shall have the right to recover any deficiency from the defaulting buyer. If such subsequent sale amount. less costs of resale. is greater than the amount owed on the original bid. the defaulting buyer has no claim to the excess.

2. Security Interest: Seller maintains a purchase money security interest in any item from the time of successful bid until full payment has been made and any financial instrument given in payment has been successfully negotiated through banking channels. Accordingly. in addition to any other remedy. Seller may recover the item from the bidder. in any lawful manner. if payment is not made or any check is dishonored.

4. Risk of loss: The risk of theft. damage or other loss to the property is the buyers responsibility immediately upon becoming the successful bidder. It is the bidders sole obligation to protect the property after that time. In the event the property is left at the sellers site after the conclusion of the sale. he seller has absolutely no obligation to secure the property and only has the obligation to grant access to the site for buyers removal of the item.

5. Risk of Injury: Buyer acknowledges that a site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk. No person shall have any claim against the seller. their agents. employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.

6. Removal: No item may be removed until the full price and taxes if applicable are paid.

7. Description of Property: The seller. in a catalog. brochure. advertisement. or oral statement. uses his best effort to describe an item. Such description is made only to assist in the orderly conduct of the selling process and does not create any warranty that the item is as described.

8. No Warranty: Seller makes NO WARRANTY. IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE as to the condition. description or use of any property sold. All property is sold AS IS. WHERE IS. WITH ALL FAULTS.

9. Title documents: In the event that the transfer of ownership of an item of property requires the delivery of proper title documents to the successful buyer and the seller is unable to deliver such documents. through no fault of its own. within ten days after sale. the buyer's sole remedy is to return the item to seller in the same condition as received and to be refunded the purchase price. if paid.

10. Litigation: All legal claims by either the seller or any buyer arising from the sale shall be brought in the Stanly County Court or the 20th Judicial District Court located in Albemarle North Carolina. The prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Property is open to thorough inspection. It is the buyers responsibility to determine condition. age. genuineness. value or any other determinative factor.
