EXTERIOR
Finished in beautiful Volkswagen Alpine White (Code L 90 E) the paintwork is remarkable with a lustrous pure shine and even finish.

Recent preparation work by VW Bullibarn in September 2013 totalling £2373. 60 was commissioned by the previous owner to maintain the vehicles appearance.

All the trim and glass is in very good condition and the chrome bumpers have a mirror finish.

The white hood remains tight and is beautifully clean and bright with only the most minor age related discolouration.

The tonneau cover is present and has slight markings.

A wonderfully presentable and usable example.

INTERIOR
The white Leatherette interior accents the exterior colour scheme perfectly and offers a light and airy feel to the cabin space.

The seats are superbly clean with no wear or discolouration whatsoever.

Every fitment is functional and as it left the German VW production line. allowing the occupants on each journey an insight as to what an unmodified Beetle feels like.

All matching door cards are clean and complete the factory standard appeal.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The air-cooled rear mounted boxer engine has unmistakable VW Beetle engine note which is delightfully pronounced but completely unobtrusive.

The fully synchronized 4-speed gearbox works perfectly offering light and precise progression throughout the range.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
Original Lemmertz sport rims are in remarkable condition with only minor oxidation imperfections.

New Hankook Kinergy 185/65/R 15 tyres are fitted with masses of tread remaining.

Dual circuit drums front and rear operate freely. offering modest stopping power when compared to modern vehicles and were worked on in June 2013.

HISTORY FILE
Manufactured in 1979. this fantastic example was one of the last German built VW Beetles ever produced by renowned manufacturers Karmann.

Imported into the UK on the 1 st April 1990 and converted to desirable RHD. the huge history file provides an insight as to the incredibly fastidious ownership this car has enjoyed.

A documented mileage and maintenance log from 1991 is supported by masses of specialist invoices.

The previous owner a Mr J Urquhart entrusted his pride and joy only to well-known specialists VW Bullibarn in Essex for comprehensive service and maintenance work. evidenced by invoices.

Worthy of mention is that the keys to this vehicle could only be prised from Mr Urquhart upon agreement for him to purchase our recent VW Triple White Beetle with 429 miles from new! This lovely VW Beetle is highly useable and will delight the avid classic car devotee for many years to come.
