1956 Volkswagen Beetle oval windowOriginal colour polar grey metallic, the interior, dash, engine bay etc are still in the original greyUnfinished project, not a great deal of work needed, basicly needs the re paint finishing then re-building, the body is in excellent shape as you can see on the pictures, most of it is in bare metal so you can see there is nothing hidden, floors, sills etc excellent, good doors. wings, bonnet and boot lid, no welding required, everything is here, lots of new old stock parts, professionally restored steering wheel which is perfect, new centre badge, new trafficators, lights, badges, wheel trims, lock set, handles, re built wiper motor and mechanism, chrome trims etc.The gearbox is still fitted, the engine is out but was running well when removed, it has a nos exhaust fittedOriginal rubber mats are here, seats need a re trim, there is also an original roof rack which i am told is very rare and worth a few £££ on its own (forgot to photograph that)All the glass is intact and the rubbers are hereNot uk registered, imported in 2001, we have the german paperwork to enable registration at DVLAWell worth doing, these fetch up to £30k when restored, parts are readily available off the shelf from most classic vw specialists.On a 3 day auction with no reserve, we may consider adding a buy it now, any questions please give us a call on 07971 845395, collection is from Bolton near Manchester, we can arrange delivery at extra cost but the car must be paid for in full before delivery.The winning bidder will be required to pay £300 deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending, the full balance then has to be received within 5 days, we can store the car for a couple of weeks provided its paid for.No bidders with less than 20 positive feedback or recent negatives, if you do have low feedback give us a call or message prior to bidding please or we may remove the bid if no contact first.
