Bodywork

Fully stripped outside, plastics removed

Sills, Front and Rear arches

replaced (Restoration Pics Available)

Rear subframe powder coated and poly bushed

Front subframe replaced

Undersealed and wax oiled

Full external original colour (L 041) Respray in 2015

Ceramic coated and detailed most weekends!

New rare genuine VW plastic arches and skirts fitted

Front and rear bumpers replaced and colour coded

New door and boot seals

Engine

2.0 L ABF bottom end (tall block),

Pk ‘A' 16 v head and Diamond power 16 v clutch (All Supplied and fitted by TSR performance)

Miltek 4 to 1 tall block stainless steel manifold (heat wrapped)

Full Miltek stainless steel exhaust system (Oem slanted tips)

Solid front engine mount

Recent Cambelt and auxiliaries belts

Both Driveshafts replaced

Metering head replaced

Mercedes injectors

Coil and distributor replaced

Pro alloy fuel pump housing and lift pump

Full service Including Brake and pas fluids

New battery

Gear linkages replaced

Interior

Striped and cleaned

Newton Commercial full underlay/sound deadening

Original carpet with front and rear VW mats

Original Vw Rainbow trim, All seats in great condition

Electric windows and central locking

Ultra rare genuine BBS 3 spoke steering wheel (original available if preferred)

Headlining retrimmed (no sagging)

Original Parcel shelf (No horrible 6 x 9 cut outs!)

Suspension

Brand new KW V 1 Coilovers (height adjustable) new top mounts

New wishbones and tie rod ends

Tracking will need setting depending on height required

New copper brake lines with braided Goodridge stainless lines

New Front and rear Vw callipers

15 inch BBS Rm spilt rims (powdercoated black by the wheel specialist)

Standard width polished dishes

New spilt rim bolts

Recent 4 x Michelin PS 3 Tyres (195/50 R 15)

Original BBS RA alloys available if required (need a light refurb and tyres)

Loads of paperwork

16 v key and spare (key fits all locks including glove box!)

The bonnet has a slight paint lift on one corner but easily repaired, I have factored this in to the price
