My VW 1303 BeetleRed, 1300cc1974, M regVery solid underneathMOT Exempt, Historic (Free Road tax) Lots done over the years including full replacement of both front 1/4 panels and front valance. replacing some of the usual rot areasRecently had new Wolfsburg west Window rubbers and chrome trimsFront springs are recently fitted 2" lowered items allowing the car to sit level.. its not "low".. but was previously nose up...   1300cc Engine and gearbox are quiet and smooth (car is well insulated too) - It goes very well for a 1300New rear wheel cylinders and flexi hoses installed this summer by my mechanic4 brand new tyres on Staggered GT Beetle Wheels (4 1/2s and 5 1/2s) - A few hundred miles only Recent replacement Headliner fitted professionally to a good standardBlack vinyl seatsLovely to driveLots of history and old MOTs, Birth Certificate etcLast owner 18 yearsjust had service - oil change, Rotor arm, Cap, Points, Condenser, and new spark plugs,  again this was done by my mechanic Just spotted the front fuel line needs changing (Cracking) so will get that donePaint is a bit patchy and better in some areas than others.. the drivers door bottom is the worst part of the external bodywork and is a bit "flappy" But other than that its pretty solidRegistered in my name and will be put in new keepers nameI'm using it regularly and its a pleasure to drive. More information as and when I think of it. This is a great little bug and lots of fun.Lots of pictures availableViewing essentialNo silly offers.Appears to be cheap compared to others on here.Late night I completed 100 mile round trip to the Ace Cafe Air Cooled night in London without trouble.
