Hi, regrettably I am offering for sale my 1970 Triumph TR 6 unfinished restoration project.The car has been worked on and stored in my workshop for the past 15 years and unfortunately I haven't the time to finish putting it back together,The TR 6 is 99.9% complete and has had gaz adjustable shocks fitted to the rear (c/w conversion brackets), also has had pollybrushes fitted. The engine was rebuilt using a brand new crank, new pistons and rings, unleaded valve seats and new seals/gaskets. The engine rebuild was carried out at roughly 6000 miles prior to being taken off the road 15 years ago.New parts that come with the car include: Carpet set, door cards ect, soft top, dash top, boot trim and seat covers.Bodywork resprayed, new door skins fitted, new boot lid, new front and rear wiring loom, modern kenlow fan, prestige developments reconditioned metering unit plus reconditioned injectors also new throttle linkage.Prior to restoration the TR 6 was registered as a write off due to fire damage in the boot area, however the fire damage turned out to be minimal only damaging the original boot lid and wiring. The colour is signal red, an original Triumph colour. Photos make it look pinkish but its not.The dogs in the photos are not included, sorry.
