1952 GMC Chevrolet PickupNO RESERVE!Ok-Technically it is a GMC, but it has a 235 Chevy engine, and the trucks are similar - so I listed it here with the Chevy's.This is just a great ol' truck.  This is a one ton pickup, so the cab, fenders, hood, etc., are the same as a half ton pickup, it is smaller than the 4400 and 6400 farm trucks you see, which makes it easy to drive and get around in, yet still has the dual wheels, and dump bed, that let you do some serious work!Overall, this is a very solid truck, not much rust at all, although it does have a couple spots in the floors.  Cab corners are solid, etc..  It has a great patina that only comes with age, and it looks awesome.  This pickup would have originally had a 228 or 248 GMC engine, but was changed over to a 235 Chevrolet at some point.  This is pretty typical, as the 235 was more common, it also looks correct, and fits perfect.  This particular engine runs like a sewing machine, (I included a YouTube link of it running, and bed operating: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arQvV9r5T0g) turn the switch on and hit the starter, and it fires right up.  No strange noises, good oil pressure, etc.. This truck shifts great through all 4 gears, and reverse, it has been converted to 12 volt, which makes it easier to start.  The bed is a 10ft, PTO driven, hydraulic dump bed, and it is incredibly useful, plenty of power to dump whatever you put into it.  Watch everyone else dragging tree limbs and grass clippings out of their bed, then just pull a lever and de done with yours in less than a minute! This is the perfect truck if you have a hobby farm or home with a few acres, a pumpkin patch, small livestock operation, etc.  And - it looks and works great as is, but would also be a great project to take to whatever level you like - for parades, shows - etc.  All in all - just a fun ride!Just in case you have never had an old vehicle before - remember that this is about 70 years old!  There are some things to keep in mind - most of the parts on this are original, so wires, hoses, seals, etc. may need some attention.  It works great - but don't expect to drive it 20,000 miles without opening the hood!  The lights will probably need some work, the brakes stop o.k., but are spongy, and need bled and maybe adjusted - you get the idea.  Parts for these are readily available, and pretty cheap.  Also - this truck was in the same family for many years, and I was able to purchase it after the owner passed, from the estate.  It comes with a good Kansas title.  Signed by executor of the estate, with a State of Kansas affidavit of death, title shows 74711 actual miles.  This should be all you need, but should you need something else - I will help however I can.  I have done several of these with no problems.  Please check my feedback from other old trucks, and I am fine with it sitting here a while so you can find time to pick it up - no hurry.  It will haul nice on a 16ft trailer.  Please call or text Cort at 620-786-5172 with any questions.  Thank you and good luck!
