This very collectible 1967 soft window Targa is believed to have been sold to a weathly family who had a summer home in Long Island. Since new this Targa has had limited ownership. This car has a copy of the original Kardex.  The engine. ransmission. olor. nterior and options are numbers correct as the factory built this car. This Targa was stored for many years and has never had any rust or chassis pieces replaced. It has undergone an extensive restoration which included a complete body respray of the original factory color Tangerine code 97-2002L. The Interior is all original and shows a bit of patina. but it only adds to the wonderful pedigree of this outstanding Porsche. The Blaupunkt radio and the very rare factory installed outside temputure gauge work perfectly The engine was completley overhauled by Napleton Porsche with all new pistons & cylinders. earings. hains. alves. uides. prings. eat exchangers. ufflerand all gaskets and seals. The correct Weber carburetors were rebuilt and calibrated.  A new clutch and flywheel were installed along with a a complete inspection overhaul of the transmission. The entire brake system has been updated to a dual stage master cylinder with new brake lines. ads. otors and complete caliper rebuild.  The car also received new tires. long with a suspension overhaul. The odometer does show 10. 43 although the car is "true mileage unknown"
