1950 MG- TD Series. This is a very nice rust free roadster that has had a frame off restoration and painted a Willow Green. While off the new wood was install in the floor. purists may hate me but most will truly love this car now. It sports a Volvo P 1800 B 18 engine now. Completely rebuilt and a Volvo 4 spd transmission, new clutch and unleaded Cylinder Head Conversion. This was a good upgrade for these cars. Original TD had 52 HP. Now with the Volvo Conversion 105 HP. Fits into the car great and same weight, This makes the mg-td a really fun car now. Everyone knows the legendary reliability of these engines. The conversion was professionally done. While apart new brakes, shoes, wheel cylinders, new metal brake lines, and rubber hoses were installed. Along with a new exhaust system and radiator core. Car runs cool. Check out the club. volvopoweredmgs It has new carpet , new top,, new tonneau cover (no side curtains) and the front seat has been changed out to two individual seats from an Austin Healey 3000.
