1968 VW T 1 Split Screen imported from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. VAT & Duty paid, Nova certificate issued ready to register with DVLA (I can do this or if you want to be the first registered keeper, you would do it)For the age of the vehicle, all the running gear is great. We had it serviced in Rio before shipping. The overall structure of the bodywork is also in good condition. This bus is virtually ready for the road and could be enjoyed straightaway but also provides scope for the enthusiast to improve it further over time.

The roof has been cut (see picture of it lifted) as it was previously used in Rio as a mobile business. With further fabrication it could be made into a camping pop up or restored to a solid roof. The interior seats, door panels and headlining are made from leatherette and in good condition. The paintwork still has lots of shine left in it, although there are a couple of areas with scratches or surface rust.
