Hi, I am selling a Classic Rover Mini Mayfair 1 L Manual. The car only has 26 k Miles and 4 Previous owners which is very lowconsidering its a 1991.The mini has been on the road pretty much every year, covering 1-3 k miles a year,I have the MOT Certificates from 1992/1993 to Current to verify the mileage.There's plenty of paperwork from the previous owners along with the original sales invoice for the car back when it was purchased new
from Dixon Motor Holdings. In our ownership we've had it Serviced, Coolant flushed, Thermostat replaced, Both track rod ends and steering rack gaitors replaced, Battery was upgraded along with a new earth strap. Most recently it had an MOT and a Service at Just under 25,985 Miles using the correct Classic 20 w 50 Oil.
Front pads was advised on the MOT, We have replaced the front disc and pads on the 23 rd July.
Other than that the car has been extremely reliable and hasn't required any work,Coolant gauge has never gone past the middle also doesn't leak any oil which is extremely rare for a Classic mini!
Bad bits? The car has been used daily for the last 30 yrs so its not in perfect showroom condition therefore it does have a few small dents and some bubbling, front of the car was repainted by the previous owner. We have had this car for about 1 year and has been in use regularly with no issues.
Structurally the car is fine, no rust underneath, boot floor and the sills are solid (Pictures can be sent on request)
The car drives really well! extremely fun with just 39 hp and there are no unwanted sounds from the engine or the suspension, The mileage will increase slightly as we still use the car whenever we can!I'm sure we'll regret selling this car in a few years, we wish we could keep this as its such a fun little car and manual low mileage minis aren't very common.If you're genuinely interested then give me a call and we'll have a chat, test drives welcome providing relevant insurance is in place, not interested in swaps.Collection from Bedfordshire, Luton. 5 Thanks
