Chassis stripped, repaired where necessary, waxed internally with Bilt Hamber Dynax S-50 and externally with Hammerite underbody seal having added waxoil.

New master cylinder.

New Copper Nickel brake pipes.

Callipers refurbished and Greenstuff pads fitted.

Handbrake stripped, new cable and handbrake pads fitted.

New brake check valve fitted (often found removed).

B specification includes chassis outriggers and an internal hoop brace behind the dashboard.

Suspension stripped and either new parts fitted or refurbished.

New 72 Spoke Wire Wheels + 5 x 5.0 x 15 Yokohama DB V500 185/65 R 15 tyres.

New Chrome wheel centre spinners.

New Wiring Loom and fuse system.

Back axle refurbished with new crown wheel and pinion.

Petrol tank removed tested, refurbished and fitted with new gauges and seals.

New Clutch and Slave Cylinder.

Gearbox overhauled and fitted with ‘J Type' Overdrive.

Engine checked, sump removed and all sump filters and oil paths cleaned.

Engine gaskets replaced including the cork gasket between the engine and gearbox.

Carburettors removed refurbished with new parts from Burlen.

Fuel filter replaced.

Flexible Stainless Steel covered fuel lines.

Radiator flushed and cleaned with new hoses and fittings.

Stainless steel heater pipes.

New Triplex laminated screen.

Refurbished and re-chromed windscreen surround with new fittings, side mirrors and sun visors.

Door glass winding mechanisms replaced with new cogs and Teeth.

New Dash with all correct dials overhauled.

New Mota Lita wood rim Steering Wheel.

New Carpets.

New Everflex Hood, Tonneau and Half Tonneau.

Hood Frame stripped and refurbished with new stainless steel hood clips.

‘Cats Whiskers' half bumpers fitted each side of the re-plated front grill.

New Chrome rear over-riders.

All existing Chrome-work either replaced with new or re-plated.
