Vehicle Details
Incredible 67 Cougar, first year of this American classic. Was Completely and lovingly restored and upgraded in 2009. Every bolt was turned. It recieved a beautiful built 302 to be the boss, a perfectly shifting C 4 Tranny and Disc Brakes. Please see pics for more specs. Was restored with only 36 k on the clock and has been driven 5 k trouble free miles since. This is a rust free, super straight example and the paint still shines like it was done yesterday. Only flaw is a small scratch on the tail piece from the garage door coming to close. Very hard to see but its there. Car was painted in 2009 and no signs of any trouble in over a decade. Always stored inside and covered... figures it rains when i take it out for pics...ugh. The only thing that really needs addressed is the headliner. I have one brand new that comes with the car but the company sent me dark grey instead of black so i did not install it and it took six weeks to get... we drive this car often and it is always lovingly respected. Great weekend show car or daily driver, we take it out less in the Florida summer and concidered doing Vintage Air Conditioning Kit as they make one that bolts right in. But never got around to it. Only selling because we are moving and have to downsize the collection. Will also be offering a 68 Bronco, 72 Porsche 914 2.0, and a 73 convertible Beetle. We are car people and this is a great car.
