1961 Willys 4-73 Pickup for sale

A True Classic!!! This 1961 Willys 4 x 4 Pickup is located in Monument, Colorado. It's a real head turner, looks great, and is fun to drive. It's been showcased in weddings, local parades and plenty of Christmas cards. An older frame-off restoration, this is the perfect classic truck to either restore to show quality level, or to simply drive it and enjoy it as is for the next 20 years. Everything works! The truck is in great condition, dependable, starts easily, and runs like a top. The body is rust free and is in very good shape. You really do need to see it.
We've already tackled the issues that these old trucks usually have. There is no rust! We replaced damaged & rusty fenders, rebuilt the bed, replaced floor pans and stiffened the frame. There's no rust on the bottoms of the doors - common issue. Full disclosure: the paint is 18 years old and is beginning to show its age and the tailgate has a dent.
The truck is mechanically sound. It's been in the family since 2001 and well maintained. That includes a frame off restoration in 2004, a new fuel tank & radiator within the last 5 years, and the professionally rebuilt stock L 6-226 Super Hurricane flathead inline six & new clutch were installed earlier this year. It has < 300 miles and purrs like a kitten. It has a T-90 3-speed standard transmission & Spicer transfer case.
It also comes with a fully operational and period correct Meyer snow plow and snow chains. We've spent the last 17 years plowing the driveway in the winter, hauling mulch in the summer and making ice cream runs year round. The time has come for someone else to enjoy her.
