Mated to the motor is a 3-speed manual transmission. The motor when new pushed out a strong 97 horsepower. This motor is dialed in as well. It starts right up and idles smoothly.

The exterior is finished in a good coat of black paint that shows well. There are plenty of exterior chrome pieces that shine nicely and add a bit of pop to the exterior. Inside the vehicle are a reupholstered bench seat, brown carpeting, and chrome trim accents. The Plymouth Business Coupe runs off of a 6-volt electrical system and features a very large trunk. Without power steering and power brakes, one might think that this is a tough vehicle to drive but that couldn't be further from the truth. This classic Plymouth is very easy and to drive.
