Vehicle Details

1988 Porsche 944 Base with a 155 k miles. Runs, drives, stops, and steers. The PO cambered the car, and it will come with new camber plates and springs, the front and rear suspension was upgraded with coil overs. The transmission was swapped out for one that has 90 k miles on it, New slave cylinder put on less than 10 miles ago. Brand new battery. The tach stopped working it might just be a grounding issue. Alpine radio and aftermarket alarm system and center locks have been installed on the car. Aftermarket exhaust on it, has a nice throaty sound. The A/C turns on and engages at the compressor, but I believe it needs are charge (I believe it is converted to R 134 A). The buttons on the interior all work, was not able to test the sunroof due to the relay missing.There is a rear valance on it from a 951. The tires are dry rot and in need of changing, the brakes are a little softer than I like. It might just need to be bled out. The clutch feels tight. I do not have paperwork on the last timing service, so I would do timing just to have records, but the belt itself does look good. The fuel lines were changed out with under hood application fuel injector hose. There is rust on the lower fenders, but the bottom of the car has no rust holes. The PO depowered the rack, so it is manual steering. The interior isn't too bad, the dash only has 3-4 cracks in it, the seats could use reupholstery, the center console needs new vinyl and a new hinge. Unfortunately,I don't have time to work on this car, as my winter car needs service before this winter. If you have any questions or need more pictures, feel free to send a message.
