This is a frame off restored, custom Camaro. Considering the condition and the features it has, this is a great value. I drove it around town, it handles tight and functions properly.

EXTERIOR: The body is clean and straight, no signs of damage or rust. It's smooth and fits nicely. It has spoilers and a cowl hood. Painted about 7 years ago and it still has a very polished, glossy finish. Painted on stripes. In front of the bumper has been removed for a cleaner look. The grill, mirrors, handles, moldings, taillights and back bumper were blacked out. It has all new glass. New weatherstrips. It rolls on Foose Legend wheels.

INTERIOR: Restored with some nice custom upgrades. It has Corbeau sport seats with leather trim. Sharp looking TMI door panels and 1 piece headliner. New carpet and a billet shifter sticking out of the floor. Custom suede steering wheel and dash pad. New red lit Dakota Digital gauges. Rewired with American Auto Wire harness. For a clean look the center dash panel opens to expose the heater controls. It has retractable shoulder belts. Custom pedals.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a rebuilt 350 motor bored to a 355. New bearings, aluminum rods, Howard's cam, Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 650 carb and headers. The front of the motor has a 105 amp alternator, billet brackets and power steering. It runs cool with an aluminium water pump and radiator with an electric fan. It has Wilwood master cylinder. Custom valve covers and fender supports. New wiring.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid metal trunk, it has been carpeted. The battery has been relocated to the trunk. It's an Optima battery with a custom hold down bracket. Weatherstrip is new.

UNDERSIDE: It was body off the frame restored. The frame was painted and reinstalled with new bushings. The front suspension is brand new, it's not even dusty yet. Upgraded tubular control arms, Hotchkis lowering springs, Fox gas shocks, upgraded sway bar spindles. In back it has brand new Hotchkis lowering springs, new bushings, Fox gas shocks, an upgraded sway bar and Caltracs tubular control arms. The fuel system was replaced including the tank, straps, sending unit and fuel line. All new brake system and it was upgraded to Wilwood disc at all four wheels. The brake lines and hoses were replaced. Custom 3 inch stainless steel exhaust with x-pipe and Magna Flow mufflers. It ends at the mufflers, if you prefer it quieter I suggest tailpipes be added. Bottom of the motor is spotless, new starter, motor mounts and Melodon custom oil pan. New Autogear wide ratio 4-speed, new clutch. 3 inch aluminum driveshaft, new U-joints. Strange Engineering 12-bolt rear end that's all new. It has an aluminum cover and 3.91 posi gears. Floors were replaced, it's all clean metal.

This presents itself like a high end custom but it's one of the least expensive Camaros we've had in a long time. It's a great value!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.

Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.

About Volo Auto Museum

No other collector car dealer has been in business longer than the Volo Auto Museum. Owned and operated by the Grams family since 1960. We are the only collector car dealer that has 4 generations of experience with buying, selling and consigning classic autos. For our family, classic cars are more than a business, it is a passion. Over the decades, we have maintained a reputation for dealing with integrity as proven with our high reviews and A+ rating with the BBB.

Buying a classic car can be exciting, but also stressful. We want to take the stress out of your buying experience by allowing you the time and tools you need to get to know the car you are interested in before making your investment, not after. Unlike auctions, we allow test drives, 3 rd party inspections, the use of our shop and car lift. No reasonable request will be turned down.

Selling a car can be equally stressful, but it doesn't have to be. After reviewing your quality collector car, we will discuss the options we have available to you and let you decide what works best for you. We have cash available for immediate sales and we also offer a consignment program that surpasses anyone else's.

Unlike percentage based programs with fees we work with a no fee, net to owner. This allows us the opportunity to treat and market your car as if it were our own. We invest approximately $1500 of our own money into marketing your car, which means if it doesn't sell, we lose, not you. So, we are more aggressive in selling your car!
