OVX 3 D was first registered 31 st December 1965 and is an original right hand drive home market UK car. Chassis number B 9472893 Jal number 562457. It has had only 6 owners in 56 years. The current owner purchased the car 7 years ago from the previous owner of 12 years. Between them they have restored the car both bodily and mechanically.

Stage 1: by previous owner prior to 2014. Complete body restoration including bare metal respray in British Racing Green

Full interior and mechanical restoration over a 6-year period with file of bills and invoices. New mohair soft top. New 15" 'Minilite' Wheels. Front wings, valance, rear quarters, inner and outer sills all genuine heritage parts

Stage 2: 2014 to 2016 by current owner. New Suspension with new springs and adjustable shock absorbers, new stainless steel exhaust, full brake refurb with uprated pads. New Dashboard. Electronic ignition, alternator. New radiator and Kenlowe electric fan.Full engine rebuild in 2015 by Huddart Engines to road/track specification using original engine block. Custom pistons, eagle crank & rods, unleaded alloy head, big valves, arp bolts, hi volume oil pump, centreforce clutch, crane cam, roller rockers, Holley 600 dp, petronix elec. ign., all balanced. Approximately 8000 miles since completion of engine rebuild.

2016 on even more improvements: Race alternator, led headlights, inertia seat belts, clutch master, custom stainless steel exhaust, hi torq starter, ally radiator, electric fan, remote filter, new calipers and pads and much more.

Extensive history file dating back into the 70's including original Logbooks, MOT's, Tax Disc's Invoices Etc. Etc. Old mot certificates dating from 2009 on file.

This splendid Tiger has excellent sound, rustfree, chassis and bodywork, good paintwork and interior trim and is offered complete with two sets of keys and a comprehensive file of invoices and old MOTs from 2009.

Following the rebuild the engine now produces plenty of power and the car is now extremely quick and reliable having participated in numerous track days with no problems.

The car is now a very capable and fast car that is at home both on the road or at the track. A lot of smiles per mile!
