My Beloved 1973 Triumph TR 6 PI in French Blue. It has overdrive in 3 and 4 th. This car has been taken care of by TR specialists Enginuity in Acton for the 4 years I have had it. They have installed a new clutch. radiator. Inlet manifold. Alternator. Water pump. Battery. Ignition coil. points and a new set of tyres. It runs VERY well. the engine pulls strongly and there is good oil pressure.
It has recently been M. O. T'ed and is taxed up until it becomes exempt in April 2014
In addition a top of the range Pioneer stereo has been installed with hands free microphone and an ipod dock hidden in the ashtray. There are two Blaupunkt
speakers in the central column. A Thatcham Cobra Immobiliser has also been fitted.
Its is very good condition. the only niggles being a patch of paint flaking off on the rear panel near the petrol cap(Pictured). a small dent on the front under nose (pictured) and the handle of the window winder popping off on the passenger side. The fuel pump makes an occasional whining noise.
The car has been kept garaged and the bodywork is sound and rust free. I also have a heritage certificate confirming this is an original Uk classic. This car is solid. reliable and ready to drive. I have MOT's dating back several years and a stack of paperwork for inspection. Don't know what else to say except reluctant sale. needs must.
