1960 MG MGA Coupe Historic Rally Car. Genuine right hand drive. Shipped new to South Africa and returned into the UK in 1999, spent most of it's life in a dry climate (rust free).

Built for historic rallying in the UK. This is a strong, reliable and quick car. Fitted with an OSELLI 1950cc 'stage 2" engine and a Peter Burgess cylinder head with big bore tubular exhaust manifold and fully skidded large bore exhaust system. Running on WEBER DCOE45 sidedraft carburettor, with alloy rampipes. Electric fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Aldon competition distributor and Luminition "motorsport" HT leads.

TRAN-X five speed Straight Cut / Close ratio gearbox with competition clutch.

Alloy competition "large core" radiator with alloy header tank. Oil cooler. Electric fan.

MGB V8 brake discs and calipers with competition pads. Aeroquip stainless steel brake hoses.

Spax adjustable shock absorbers on front with polybushed uprated springs etc.

Lightweight competition alloy starter motor and heavy duty 12v battery.

Distributor runs with conventional points and dynamo retained (both to satisfy historic regulations)

Competition 70 spoke "gloss black" 6" x 15" wire wheels with BF GOODRICH Comp tyres.

FIA Rear roll cage with fixed diagonal

TRS four point full harness seatbelts

Seats recovered in black leather piped in red

Fullt trimmed and carpeted interior including boot

Mota Lita leather rimmed steering wheel

Recent bare metal body repaint
