Austin Mini 1984 – Custom, less than 15k miles for sale

V 5 listed as Mini 1000 City E. Has been customised by a previous owner (see below) in 2002 (approx.).
1293 cc engine – 14650 miles as of 30/07/2021.
The Good:
K&N air filter, LCB exhaust manifold, Maniflow exhaust system, 10'' alloy wheels, 4 pot alloy brake calipers, Cooper S discs, Hi-lo adjustable suspension.
Photos of parts invoice from customisation available on request.
Since I've had it I have replaced the water pump, Ignition Coil, Alternator and various pipes.
MOT Passed 30/07/2021, No advisories.
Loads of documentation with MOT certificates and bills going back to 1999.
Car is kept in a garage all winter and is only taken out during the summer months.
The Bad:
I have tried to show all the rust issues on the car but may not have caught all of them.
The heating matrix does not work and has had its pipes disconnected.
The rev counter does not, and has never, worked.
General:
A roll cage has been removed but the original bolt holes remain. Bracket extending seat fitted.
