You are buying what you see 1970 Buick GS 455 car all numbers matching for what I can see. The car is all original and complete but the engine is locked up and does not run! The car has been sitting for many years and will need a complete restoration or would make a great parts car. Unfortunately I do. Not have a title or keys for the car! I will give you a bill of sale from me on the car. The body on the car is very solid as you can see from the pictures I checked the vin on the engine and transmission and they are both matching the vin of the car.
