This is a well-maintained. classic YJ edition with the desirable and dependable. high output 4. 0L 242 c. i. d. I-6 engine paired with the indestructible AISIN-Warner AX-15 5-speed manual transmission and NP 231J transfer case.

The vehicle is fitted with a rock front bumper with Blue Ox-style connectors. an inertia-based Ready Brake system with breakaway. and dedicated tow lights - separate from the jeep running lights. ***Includes a complete towing equipment package with a RoadMaster Falcon 2 tow bar (with Blue Ox adapters). the Ready Brake system. towing lights. and all safety cables and connectors. Using all this. the Jeep is very simple to get rigged up and tows straight and easy.

Delivery to the western states (CA. OR. WA. NV. ID. UT. AZ. NM. TX. CO. MT) is a possibility via pre-arranged agreement (potential buyers should contact ahead of time to discuss). Otherwise. pick-up and/or delivery is the responsibility of the buyer.

Vehicle has received good care. proper regular maintenance and is in very nice overall condition. There are some typical-wear scratches and dings. The driver's seat can be "notchy" to adjust. but will stay in place just fine once set. There is a bit of rust on the hood hooks and the soft top has a 3-inch patch repair on top of driver's rear corner.  

We are selling because riding in the jeep has become a bit too rough on a senior family member - so we are now towing another family car instead.
